MOST CREATIVE HAND DANCERS OF 2003
WRITTEN BY MARCIA FOSTER

This web page consist of pictures and videos of the Most Creative Hand Dancers of 2003.  This dance competition was held at the Ramada Inn in New Carrollton, Maryland, on a weekend in January 2003. The criteria, sponsorship, and organization of the competition remained the same as for the January 2002 competition. This was my favorite competition because by now I had experience in putting together a competition.  I was fascinated by the convenience of being in the hotel and the classy, fancy, feminine, decorative, and beauty of how the event turned out.  I loved the brand new shiny floor, the variety of deejays, and the convenience of staying in the hotel.  I, mostly, enjoyed PAULETTE BROCKINGTON teaching the audience how to do the Shim Sham.  I, personally, enjoyed my first debut dancing publicly.  I told the audience to criticize me because I could take it and their opinions were important to me.  No matter what anyone else thinks or says that event was a blessed event and I was extremely grateful to all of the wonderful human beings that supported me, the dance, the competition, and the event.  May you be blessed!  (See web page "The BOYCOTT" for more detail.)
DANCE PERFORMANCE VIDEOS WILL BE FORTHCOMING!
